Eddie Quigg is Director of Tax Services. Eddie has over 30 years of experience and expertise in all areas of taxation, including family business succession planning, individual tax planning, estate and retirement planning, structuring merger and acquisition transactions, and state and local taxation. Eddie has worked with businesses in a wide variety of areas, including retail, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and personal service businesses. In addition to to his tax consulting and advisory responsibilties, Eddie will also head up the firm’s IRS examination and procedures practice.
Prior to joining Purk & Associates, P.C., Eddie was a Manager in the tax department at MPP&W, P.C. and at Larson, Allen, Weishair & Co., LLP and served as the Tax Partner at Curry, Lenhardt & Company, LLC.
Eddie earned a B.S. in Business Administration and a J.D. degree from Florida State University. He is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
