Taylor Souder is a Senior Associate in the Tax Department. Taylor performs tax compliance and consulting for privately held companies, specializing in all entity types.  She also prepares tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, their families and estates.  Her controllership service expertise includes ledger review and adjustment, treasury management, sales and use tax compliance and multi-jurisdictional filings.  In addition, Taylor consults and trains on QuickBooks software.

Taylor earned a B.S. and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
